Cedar Falls will look to continue its momentum tonight against Ames in a Class 4A semifinal at the State Baseball Tournament in Iowa City.
The Tigers are coming off an impressive 11-1 6 inning win over Southeast Polk in the quarterfinals, while Ames outscored Iowa City High 9-7 in its quarterfinal.
The Tigers are 28-14 and have won 15 of their last 17 games, while Ames is 30-13.
