The State Softball Tournament gets underway today at Harlan Rodgers Sports Complex in Fort Dodge.
Quarterfinal games will be played today in Class 5A, 4A and 3A.
Today’s 5A schedule begins this morning at 11 as Fort Dodge plays Waukee, and at 11:30, West Des Moines Valley meets Southeast Polk.
This afternoon at 1, Muscatine plays Pleasant Valley, and at 1:30, Waukee Northwest faces Linn-Mar.
The 4A quarterfinal schedule gets underway this afternoon.
At 3:00, Winterset plays Burlington.
At 3:30, Norwalk goes against Carlyle.
This evening at 5, ADM meets North Scott.
At 5:30, Dallas Center-Grimes goes against Indianola.
A pair of 3A Quarterfinal games will finish up today’s schedule;
Tonight at 7, Mount Vernon plays Dubuque Wahlert.
At 7:30, Saydel faces Davis County.
The remaining 3A games and 1A and 2A quarterfinal games take place tomorrow.
