Cedar Rapids Prairie took a pair of games from Waterloo East by scores of 7-2 and 12-1, and Waterloo Columbus swept a doubleheader from Aplington-Parkersburg, 14-6 and 3-0.
Last night in Metro softball;
Western Dubuque swept a doubleheader from Cedar Falls by scores of 3-2 in 9 innings and 9-3.
Dubuque Senior swept a doubleheader from Waterloo West, 5-1 and 6-4.
Dubuque Hempstead won a pair of games from Waterloo East, 10-0 and 11-2.
And Waterloo Columbus swept a doubleheader from Aplington-Parkersburg, 15-5 and 9-1.
