Waterloo West High School has hired Tom Ulses as its new Athletic Director. Ulses was previously the Athletic Director at Muscatine.
Ulses is familiar with the Cedar Valley as he was the AD at Waterloo Columbus for three years, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that he was the principal at Columbus Catholic for 11 years.
Ulses will begin his new duties July 1st.
He takes over for Tony Pappas, who is stepping down as Waterloo West’s Athletic Director after 13 years.
