Last night in metro boys and girls basketball;
The 10th-ranked Cedar Falls boys won at Cedar Rapids Washington, 56-51, while the 10th-ranked Tiger girls were upset by the 15th-ranked Warriors, 65-61.
The Waterloo East boys lost at home 89-68 to Cedar Rapids Kennedy while the Trojan girls lost at Kennedy, 59-46.
The 3rd-ranked Waterloo West girls cruised to a 64-43 win over Cedar Rapids Jefferson.
And in a girl-boy doubleheader at Gladbrook-Reinbeck the Waterloo Columbus girls won 37-30 while the Sailor boys lost 82-52 to the 6th-ranked Rebels.
