Waterloo Police and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Nadine Stevens. Stevens is 5’4, 100 lbs and goes by the nickname “Nadi.” Stevens was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and stretch pants with a black coat and backpack. She was last seen at the Hawkeye Apartments and there is concern for her welfare. Anyone with information about Nadine “Nadi” Stevens is asked to call Black Hawk County Dispatch at 319-291-2515.
