The Don Bosco boys wrestling team captured another State Dual Team Tournament title Saturday.
The 3rd-seeded Dons won their final four bouts to defeat top-ranked Alburnett, 45-31, in the Class 1A finals at Xtream Arena in Coralville.
It’s the fourth straight duals title for Don Bosco as they increased their state record total to 14.
Five other area teams competed at the State Dual Team Tournament.
In Class 3A, Waverly-Shell Rock finished 8th.
In Class 2A, Independence placed 6th.
And in Class 1A, besides Don Bosco, Nashua-Plainfield finished 4th, Jesup placed 5th and Wapsie Valley finished 6th.
