The Waterloo Columbus girls opened a girl-boy varsity doubleheader at Union with a 62-29 win.
The Sailor boys fell to the Knights, 73-45.
And in Metro bowling,
The Waterloo East boys won at Marshalltown, while the East girls fell to the Bobcats.
