Waterloo Police and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in locating 33-year-old Trisha Carnicle. Trisha has been missing since November 10 around 3pm near MercyOne-Waterloo on Park Lane on foot. Police say she is 6’1″, 260 lbs. and has special needs.
