The state co-ed cross country meet takes place this weekend at Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge.
The Class 4A and 1A meets begin Friday, while the 3A and 2A races take place Saturday.
Both the Cedar Falls boys and girls teams will compete in Class 4A action Friday.
A pair of Metro runners will also compete as Waterloo West’s Nakia Ollivierre will be involved in the girls 4A meet and Waterloo Columbus Catholic’s Jace Matern will run in the boys 1A meet.
