A reminder, tonight (Tuesday night), many cities will be holding National Night Out activities, either through neighborhoods or one single event. Cedar Falls Public Safety will hold a National Night Out event from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Center at 4600 South Main Street. Guests will get the opportunity to speak with Cedar Falls Public Safety and Black Hawk County Consolidated Dispatch personnel as well as explore emergency vehicles and enjoy kid’s activities. In Waterloo, at least eight of the city’s neighborhoods will hold block parties anywhere from between 5-8PM tonight, and Tyson Foods will provide the areas with 100 pounds of meat for each celebration.
