Two Metro girls tennis teams competed in first round of the State Tournament on Saturday.
In Class 2A, in Ankeny, Ankeny Centennial ended Cedar Falls’ season, 5-0.
In 1A, Waterloo Columbus defeated Decorah 5-0 at Independence.
The Sailors move on to the State Semifinals, May 30th, at Waukee Northwest.
