The high school boys State Golf Tournament tees off today. Action takes place in Ames at three different courses and goes through tomorrow.
Area schools competing include;
Waverly-Shell Rock in 3A.
Defending state champion Hudson and Grundy Center in Class 2A. Individually, Denver’s Clayton Liddle and Carson Costello of Dike-New Hartford are also in the field.
And in Class 1A, AGWSR qualified for the team competition.
