Today in Metro high school sports;
In volleyball, Waterloo West hosts Waterloo East.
In boys golf, Cedar Falls is hosting a quadrangular at Pheasant Ridge and Waterloo West is at a quadrangular at Gardner Golf Course in Marion.
In cross country the Waterloo West boys and girls teams are at the Charles City Invitational and the Waterloo East boys and girls teams are at the Marshalltown Early Bird Invitational.
And in girls swimming, Waterloo United hosts Vinton-Shellsburg.
