Waterloo Police are investigating an accidental shooting on Tuesday that injured a woman. Officers responded to a residence in the 6200 block of Donegal Circle Tuesday morning. Officials say that a man accidentally fired his gun and struck a woman in the ankle. Police say that the woman is expected to recover. The investigation continues.
