Veeder Has Served as Black Hawk County Auditor Since 1988

Longtime Black Hawk County Auditor Grant Veeder has announced that he will not be running for re-election in the fall of 2024.  He will have completed his ninth 4-year term in December 2024.  Veeder says he supports Karen Showalter, the current county elections manager, as his successor.
