The North Iowa Cedar League boys and girls cross country meet was held yesterday in Dike.
Denver won the boys race, finishing with 64 points. Oelwein placed 2nd with 73 and Grundy Center finished 3rd with 75.
Neal Pinter of Denver was medalist with a time of 15:41.
In the girls meet, Sumner-Fredericksburg took first-place with 76 points, edging out 2nd-place Denver’s 78 points.
Hillary Trainor of Sumner-Fredericksburg took first individually with a time of 17:55.
