Among ranked area boys teams;
In Class 4A, Cedar Falls is down two spots to No. 3.
In Class 2A, Denver is 5th and Jesup is 19th.
In Class 1A, Grundy Center is 3rd.
Among ranked area girls teams;
In Class 4A, Cedar Falls is 12th.
In Class 3A, Waverly-Shell Rock is 20th.
In Class 2A, Sumner-Fredericksburg is 8th, Denver is 10th, Union is 12 and Hudson 13th.
In Class 1A, Grundy Center is 17th.
