Last night in Metro high school sports,
In boys track, Cedar Falls won the 47th annual Mustang Relays hosted by Dubuque Hempstead. The Tigers finished with 187-points. Western Dubuque was second with 127. Waterloo West finished 4th, while Waterloo East placed 8th.
In girls track, Waterloo West placed 7th at the Tigerette Relays in Tipton.
In boys soccer; Cedar Falls blanked Waverly-Shell Rock 3-0, Waterloo West beat Waterloo East 5-1 and Waterloo Columbus defeated Postville. 3-0.
In girls soccer; Waverly-Shell Rock downed Cedar Falls 4-0 and Waterloo Columbus cruised past North Fayette Valley, 8-0.
