The Iowa High School Athletic Association has released boys Substate basketball pairings for Class 3A and 4A.
In 4A matchups involving Metro schools;
Cedar Falls is in Substate-2 and received a first round bye. The Tigers host the winner of Dowling Catholic and Fort Dodge on Friday, February 24th.
Waterloo West and Waterloo East are both in Substate-5
Waterloo East host Iowa City High in a first round contest on Monday, February 20th.
Waterloo West picked up a first round bye and will take on the winner of Cedar Rapids Washington and Cedar Rapids Jefferson, on Friday, February 24th.
