Dike-New Hartford volleyball coach Diane Harms to be inducted into NHSACA Hall of Fame

Longtime Dike-New Hartford high school volleyball coach Diane Harms is being inducted into the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

During 19 years coaching the Wolverines, Harms has led the program to eight state championships and 15 state tournament appearances. 

Her record at D-NH stands at 715-128, while her overall career coaching record is 980-222. 

Harms is one of only 38 coaches from 25 states nationwide to be honored this year.

Selections for the National Hall of Fame are based on longevity, service to high school athletics, honors and other state-specific criteria..

This year’s induction ceremony will be held at Prairie Meadows Hotel in Altoona, Iowa, on Tuesday, June 21.
