The Boys State Golf Tournament gets underway today.
Class 1A, 2A and 3A meets all take place in Ames at three different courses.
Area Golfers competing include;
In 3A, Waverly-Shell Rock’s Hogan Hansen is competing individually.
In 2A, competing as teams are Grundy Center and Hudson, while playing individually are Dike-New Hartford’s Carson Costello and Denver’s Clayton Liddle.
And in 1A, state qualifying teams are Don Bosco and North Butler and competing individually is Daniel Stahl of AGWSR.
The meet goes through tomorrow.
Tee time is this morning at 10:30.
