Yesterday in girls High School girls golf Cedar Falls took command after the first round of the Metro Meet held at Pheasant Ridge.
The Tigers lead after the first 18 holes with a 354. Waterloo West is 64 strokes back with a 418. Waterloo Columbus is third with a 435, followed by Waterloo East with a 577.
Waterloo Columbus’ Molly Fereday was the medalist with an 83, one stroke better than Cedar Falls’ Molly Ratchford who shot an 84.
