After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic the Eastern Iowa All-Star Games prep basketball event is returning and will take place tomorrow night at Kirkwood Community College’s Johnson Hall in Cedar Rapids.
The event is a girl-boy doubleheader that begins at 6 p.m.
Area players on the Girls’ North team include: Denver’s Reese Johnson, Jesup’s Amanda Treptow, Sumner-Fredericksburg’s Morgan Brandt and Nashua-Plainfield’s Breanna Hackman
Area athletes competing for the North squad in the Boys game include: Trey Campbell of Cedar Falls, Jayden Mackie of Aplington-Parkersburg, Carson Lienau of Jesup, Caylor Hoffer of Denver, Michael Kascel of Independence and Gunner Meyer of Wapsie Valley
