Waterloo East (3-3) won its Hall of Fame game over Mason City (1-5), 50-22,
Columbus Catholic (1-5) fell short at home against Sumner-Fredericksburg (2-4), 42-35,
And 7th-ranked Cedar Falls (5-1) won a Class 5A, District-5 showdown at home against 8th-ranked Bettendorf (4-2), 37-0.

(4A) 6th-ranked Waverly-Shell Rock (4-2) lost 31-13 at home to (4A) top-ranked Cedar Rapids Xavier (6-0),
(1A) 3rd-ranked Aplington-Parkersburg (6-0) cruised to a 54-0 home win against Jesup (0-6),
(Class A) 9th-ranked Wapsie Valley (5-1) won big at home against South Winneshiek (1-5), 46-0,
(8-Player) 5th-ranked Gladbrook Reinbeck (6-0) won in a rout at home over Collins-Maxwell (1-5), 69-6,
And (8-Player) 9th-ranked Clarksville (5-1) topped Belle Plaine (0-6), 74-14.
