And Hudson edged Columbus Catholic, 3-2.
In metro softball;
Cedar Falls took a pair of games from Iowa City High, 8-0 and 9-1,
Waterloo West swept a doubleheader from Cedar Rapids Washington, 19-0 and 10-7,
Fort Dodge swept a doubleheader from Waterloo East, 11-1 and 15-0,
And Columbus Catholic rolled past Hudson, 12-2.
