Wilmar outlasted the Waterloo Bucks, 14-13, in 10 innings last night at Riverfront Stadium.
The Bucks trailed, 13-5, after 6 innings, but rallied late to tie the game.
It’s Waterloo’s 6th-straight loss as they fall to 6-9.
Former Cedar Falls standout Colin Coonradt made his debut for the Bucks last night and went 2-4 and scored three runs.
Coonradt is coming off of a highly productive collegiate season, helping Johnson County Community College of Kansas win the Juco National Championship. Coonradt batted .430 with 37 homeruns and 109 RBI.
Waterloo and Wilmar will meet again tonight, Game time at Riverfront Stadium is at 6:35.
