IHSAA releases regional pairings ahead of State Dual Team Tournament

The IHSAA has released regional pairings for the state dual team wrestling tournament.

Regionals take place this coming Tuesday, February 3rd in all three classes.

In regionals where area schools will compete…

In 3A,

14th-ranked Waverly-Shell Rock takes on 20th-ranked Urbandale at West Des Moines Dowling. The winner will take on Dowling Catholic. 

In 2A,

Denver grapples at Clarion-Goldfield-Dows. The 19th-ranked Cyclones takes on 20th-ranked Humboldt with the winner facing Clarion-Goldfield-Dows.

In 1A,

top-ranked Don Bosco goes against the winner of North Linn and South Central Calhoun.

And 2-seed Jesup faces the winner of South Winn and Iowa Valley.
