The Unified Activity Federation, which consists of The Iowa High School Athletic Association, Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, Iowa High School Music Association, and Iowa High School Speech Association, is having its non-contact period this week.
Now through Sunday there will be no activities at schools, including; camps, clinics, workouts, strength and conditioning, lessons and meetings.
Now in its fourth year, this annual break provides a pause in scheduled activities, giving students, coaches, and staff members the opportunity to rest, recharge and enjoy time away from structured programs.
