Grady Deering gave the Black Hawks a chance on Saturday, but the RoughRiders kept the Hawks at bay following Deering’s third period goal. Three of four Waterloo regulation losses in November were against Dupaco Cowbell Cup rivals.
The Hawks meet another Dupaco opponent – the Dubuque Fighting Saints – for two games next weekend.
