A fire destroyed a Waterloo home early Tuesday morning. Waterloo Fire Rescue was dispatched to 222 Randall Street around 12:30AM to find the house engulfed in flames. Fire officials say four people live in the house but two adults were there at the time of the fire. One of the residents was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Two pets lost their lives as a result of the fire. The house was a total loss and Red Cross officials are working with the family for further arrangements.
