The Black Hawks could not cool off the USHL’s best power play. Despite scoring Saturday’s first goal, Waterloo fell to the visiting Stampede 3-1 at Young Arena, with Sioux Falls’ meaningful goals coming as the result of their power play opportunities.
The Hawks wrap up four-in-a-row at home next Friday and Saturday versus Des Moines and Cedar Rapids respectively.
