A trio of area schools will get a jump start on the football season this Friday.
While the majority of teams begin their 2022 seasons on Friday, August 26th, a handful of games will be played across the state this Friday in what’s called week zero.
Two area schools will be in action in 8-player as Janesville hosts GMG and Dunkerton is at home against West Central.
In a 3A contest, Independence travels to Davenport Assumption.
