US Cellular has announced a $30,000 investment in the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley to provide educational opportunities and experiences to local youth. The company has invested in the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley to support K-12 Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and academic enrichment programs. This funding will support the Club to add 20 laptops, a mobile computer lab and STEM curriculum subscriptions. Last year, the company provided more than $111,000 in funding to nonprofit organizations, teachers and youth organizations across Iowa. That included $90,000 to three Boys & Girls Clubs.
