The Iowa State men’s basketball team received a major addition last night as five-star recruit Omaha Biliew announced his commitment to the Cyclones.
A 6-foot-8, 210 pound forward, Biliew is considered by 24/7 Sports as the No. 12 player in the 2023 class and top-ranked player in Iowa.
Biliew chose Iowa State over Kansas, Oregon and the NBA G-League.
He spent his junior season at Branson Link Academy in Missouri, but has returned to Waukee for his senior year. He helped lead Waukee to the 4A state basketball championship as a sophomore in 2021.
