UNI kicker Matthew Cook has been named to Athlon Sports’ 2022 FCS Preseason All-America team.
The Cedar Falls native was named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference first team last season. Last year as a sophomore, Cook connected on 19 of 22 field goal attempts, including a career-long of 55 yards. He also converted 33 of 33 extra points.
