Waterloo West High School girls basketball standout Sahara Williams has announced on Twitter that she’s committing to Oklahoma.
This past season, Williams averaged 19.7 points, 6.7 rebounds and four assists per game.
The junior forward has helped lead the Wahawks to the girls State Basketball Tournament the past three seasons, including a trip to the 5A Championship game last year.
Williams chose the Sooners over several Power 5 programs, including Iowa, Iowa State and USC.
