Postseason play in boys golf will begins today with Sectional meets.
Action will take place across the state in Classes 1A, 2A and 3A. Teams and individuals that advance from Sectionals advance to Districts coming up on Monday.
One Metro school will be competing today as Waterloo Columbus is at the 2A Sectional in New Hampton.
Sectional meets across the state get underway this morning at 10.
Meanwhile, in girls golf, the final round of the Metro Meet will take place this afternoon at Gates Park.
In the team score, Cedar Falls has built a comfortable 90-shot lead over second place Waterloo West going into today’s final 9-holes.
Individually, Waterloo Columbus’ Molly Fereday has a slim 2-shot lead over Cedar Falls’ Molly Ratchford.
Today’s meet will get underway this afternoon at 2.
Tournament action will begin today in Girls Tennis.
Regional play in singles and doubles will take place across the state in Class 1A and 2A.
All the Metro schools will be competing:
Cedar Falls, Waterloo West and Waterloo East will all be competing in a 2A Regional in Marshalltown.
And Waterloo Columbus is hosting a 1A Regional.
All of today’s Regional Meets will begin this morning at 9.
