The Iowa State basketball program has added more depth to its backcourt.
Former St. Bonaventure guard Jaren Holmes announced via social media that he had committed to the Cyclones.
The 6-foot-3-inch Holmes averaged 13.6-points, five rebounds and three assists per game in two seasons with the Bonnies.
Holmes is the Cyclones’ third addition from the transfer portal this off-season, joining Temple guard Jeremiah Williams and Virginia Commonwealth forward Hason Ward.
