Hall to vie for Black Hawk County Supervisor Seat

The executive director of Experience Waterloo will be running for a seat on the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors.  Tavis Hall says he plans to run for one of two seats that are up for election this fall.

Hall held his formal campaign kick-off event in downtown Waterloo Thursday night and talked about a number of issues that spurred him to run.

Hall says that economic development and a community-based strategic plan are important to him and adds conversations need to take place.

Hall has led Experience Waterloo, formerly known as the Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2017.
